Return Policy

A return request must be submitted within 7 days after the date of delivery. Customers are responsible for mailing the products to a provided address. Items must be received on our end within 30 days after the return request has been approved. We will cover $10 of the shipping fee if the product passes quality inspection and arrives in time.

We only accept products that are unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Please ensure that the tag is still attached and has not been cut. All accessories must also be returned. Set items should be returned as a complete set and not individually.

Items on sale are not eligible for returns.

If you would like to return a product, please contact [email protected] using the subject line “RETURN [INSERT ORDER NUMBER]”. We will provide you with a mailing address to return your item(s).

Refunds

  1. Refunds will only be issued after we have received the product and it has passed our quality inspection.
  2. If the return is deemed eligible, refunds (plus the $10 incentive) will be processed within 5-10 days, though the time can vary depending on your payment method.
  3. The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.
